Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist with German

 

What you do

 

The Procurement and Networks department is responsible for maintaining a nationwide, reliable, and qualified network of service providers. The team serves as the primary point of contact for our service providers and manages them from acquisition throughout the entire contract lifecycle. To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, we closely monitor our service partners and evaluate their service quality using statistical evaluations and analyses. In this versatile role, you can expect exciting tasks that will challenge your organizational and communication skills.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Process Automation: Digitize existing processes and continuously optimize them using AI technologies
• Procurement Projects: Actively contribute to and drive forward strategic projects
• Quality Assurance: Implement and further develop quality assurance measures
• Analysis & Reporting: Prepare data-driven analyses, presentations, and process documentation
• Partner Support: Assist external service providers in using our billing system
• Request Management: Manage the team inbox and respond to email inquiries professionally
• Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries from our external partners
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use

 

What you bring

 

• Education: Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training
• IT Skills: Strong MS Office skills and affinity for IT systems
• Languages: Fluent in German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Communication Skills: Confident and professional communication on the phone and in written correspondence
• Work Style: Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team & Service Orientation: Team player with a strong service mindset
