Ferchau Poland is expanding and looking for talented engineers to join our team!
We are currently looking for a Junior/ Mid Electrical Design Engineer to support design activities within railway infrastructure, focusing on Passenger Information Systems (SDIP/DIP/PIS) and related electrical installations.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting electrical design tasks for railway infrastructure projects, including SDIP/DIP power supply and peron electrical installations
- Preparing drawings, electrical calculations, cable/protection selection, and technical documentation
- Analyzing project input data (site information, maps, technical/connection conditions)
- Assisting in project submissions and coordination with authorities and infrastructure managers
- Updating documentation and preparing as‑built materials
- Cooperating with other engineering disciplines and reporting project progress

The right qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical design (no professional licenses required)
- Technical degree or ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or similar
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD / BricsCAD)
- Familiarity with GIS environments
- Good command of MS Office
- Strong teamwork skills, good work organization, reliability
