A position with active involvement in large‑scale projects across high‑ and medium‑voltage substations in Poland and abroad, as well as offshore developments and strategic nuclear energy investments - all carried out within a modern BIM/3D design environment and supported by advanced engineering tools. A direct contribution to high‑impact national initiatives shaping the future of Poland's energy landscape.
- Work mode: hybrid work from the office in Katowice or fully remote work
Your responsibilities

Preparation of design documentation for building permit, detailed design, and as‑built stages, in line with contract requirements, standards, and regulations

Coordination of design solutions with the Client and the System Operator, including participation in meetings and on-site visits

Leadership of the primary circuits discipline, including supervision of assistant engineers and designers and ensuring technical quality

Author's supervision during project execution

Ensuring efficient interdisciplinary coordination and information exchange within project teams

Implementation of optimization measures to improve project execution

What you bring to the table
-
University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing electrical substations, including at least 220 kV primary systems
-
Knowledge of standards and guidelines applicable to high‑voltage systems
-
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD or MicroStation

Strong analytical thinking skills

Effective communication skills
-
English language proficiency at B1 level or higher

Fluent Polish
