Validation & processing of suppliers’ invoices in internal systems
Formal control of invoices
Allocation of invoices to respective repair, damage, etc.
Analyze logistics data (KPI’s, trends, forecast) and send reports for assigned entities regularly
Manage logistics cost control activities for assigned entities including month end closing to meet the deadlines
Interaction with supplier network (phone / email and platform)
What we expect
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or related field
At least 1 years of experience in accounting, billing,
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluent Slovak and intermediate English (B2) – both spoken and written
Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
