We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible for a tire manufacturer at our new location in Korbach.Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of warehouse orders, forwarding them to warehouse staff, and tracking processing status

• Initial telephone or email contact in case of problems and questions, as well as initial contact on site for drivers

• Delegating, tracking, and responding to customer inquiries

• Incoming and outgoing bookings in the “SAP EWM” warehouse management system

• Archiving shipping documents

• Participating in regular stock checks/inventories

• Various administrative tasks

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training, such as freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or similar vocational training

• Initial professional experience in this field

• Good knowledge of goods receipt, storage, handling, and shipping

• Organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility

• Reliable and independent way of working

• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, and resilience

• Good knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Experience in using warehouse management software (SAP EWM, WMS systems) and a good understanding of IT systems in the field of application

• Fluent communication skills in German and English
