Role Summary1. Deliver the customer's cargo safely to the time/place desired by a customer through Logistics Transportation.
2. Analyze pending issues and inefficiencies in Logistics Transportation and standardize/actualize processes and systems to strengthen business competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out assigned tasks
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks with the required quality standards
- Store and retrieve goods racks/pallets in/from the warehouse
- Pick goods according to specified procedures
- Perform physical inventory corrections
- Perform goods receipt postings using a scanner
- Pick, pack, and post customer orders for goods issue using a scanner and laptop
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area
- Check the operational readiness of technical equipment and industrial trucks
- Report irregularities in technical equipment and industrial trucks
- Report irregularities in operational processes
- Support the onboarding/training of new colleagues in process workflows
- Contribute to various tasks arising in warehouse operations
Requirements- Logistics education (at least common ground with Logistics)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Customer orientated
- Curious, eager to learn and pro-active attitude
- Constructive problem-solving skills
- Proficient level of German in speaking and writing
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved
