Financial ERP Associate Specialist, Financial Office

Overview

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Financial Department is looking for a Financial ERP Associate to join its team!  The Specialist will oversee the coordination and monitoring of CFO projects throughout their entire lifecycle: from project analysis and definition with the project owner and team, functional design of the project within systems (mainly ERP), execution of UATs and user training on new functionalities, to configuration, planning, and monitoring of the project go-live.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. 

Responsibilities

Your role as a Specialist will involve:

• Project management: planning, coordinating, and monitoring.
• Understanding the needs of Business areas to identify and specify solutions to support them.
• Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects.
• Management of providers of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or similar.
• Experience with ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is required.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.
