IE University's Asset Management and Planning is looking for an Associate Director (Temporary) to join its team!The Associate Director will maximize limited resources to achieve an optimal planning, integrating different interests from: Academic, Area and Program Directors, Publishing, Campus, students and professors.

Responsibilities
Your role as a Associate Director will involve:- Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.
- Development and implementation of programme guidelines.
- Support professors´ assignation process together with the Area Directors.
- Gather professors´preferences and indications.
- Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
- Activities´analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.
- Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
- Oversee the correct course performance.
- Inform studens about agendas´ adjustments.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- English adn Spanish proficiency.
- 3 years’ experience in process/operations´ related positions.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and establishing priorities.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Team player person
- Hands-on approach
- Microsoft Office.
