IE University's School of Architecture and Design is looking for a Project Manager Outreach – Master Programs to join its team!We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager for Outreach – Master Programs to join the Master Programs Academic Team, working closely with the Vice Dean’s Office and Masters Operations. This role combines strategic development, and an outward-facing outreach component to strengthen the visibility, partnerships, and impact of the School, as well as coordination with academic teams, and other areas such as Marketing and Brand, Admissions and Communications.

Responsibilities
Your role as Program Manager will involve:
Outreach & Strategic Partnerships (within the Academic Team)
- Act as a bridge between the academic team and external stakeholders, strengthening the School’s positioning and visibility.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry, institutions, and key collaborators aligned with academic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to amplify program recognition and outreach initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of events, workshops, and training activities that connect academic content with external audiences.
Strategy, Analysis & Institutional Support
- Support the School’s business strategy through research and analysis of competitive programs and market trends.
- Produce reports and presentations integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., finance, market intelligence) to inform decision-making.
- Develop benchmarks, mapping exercises, and forward-looking insights to guide program evolution.
- Lead or contribute to special projects related to program innovation and strategic priorities.
Project Management & Operations
- Plan and execute academic and outreach-related events, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Academic Coordination & Program Development
- Support the academic and operations´team ensuring academic quality and alignment with institutional standards.
- Collaborate with faculty, program managers, and leadership to ensure smooth program execution and strategic coherence.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the student experience across the program portfolio, including co-curricular and extracurricular initiatives.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and the identification of synergies across programs.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- A Master’s degree from a top-tier university is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to operate across academic and external environments.
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
- Solid project management skills (logistics, events, budgets, stakeholder coordination).
- Analytical capabilities with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
- Student- and stakeholder-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond constructively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, including empathy and active listening.
- High level of organization and ability to manage complexity.
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid EU work permit.
