About the Role
As an Internal Project Manager at Hyland, you'll lead complex, high-impact projects from inception through closure ā keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and outcomes on track. You'll bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to every project, while fostering a collaborative environment where people and work thrive.
Your Role Responsibilities ā Here's What You'll Do
- Collaborate, direct, and control large, complex projects ensuring defined scope, clear accountability, and quantifiable business benefits
- Apply advanced project management and change management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive successful project outcomes
- Manage project resources and activities to ensure projects progress on schedule, within budget, and aligned to accepted requirements
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve scope changes, risks, and stakeholder conflicts with actionable resolutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, goals, staffing, and scheduling
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while managing stakeholder meetings with engaging, well-organized presentations

Compensation
This role offers a salary range of 142,000 ā 192,000 PLN gross per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate, direct, and control large, complex projects; ensure project results have an articulated scope with quantifiable business benefit
- Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge
- Apply advanced project management best practices, project management methodologies, project documentation and tools, and market trends
- Manage activities of project resources to ensure project progresses on schedule, within budget, and in line with accepted requirements
- Proactively work with stakeholders to anticipate and resolve conflicts and deliver actionable resolutions
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters and plans that specify goals, execution approach, staffing and scheduling
- Develop communication plans; deliver timely and effective updates to all identified audiences
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team
- Manage project team and key business stakeholder meetings; use engaging, informative and well-organized presentations
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria or more complex projects
- Proactively identify and manage scope change and risks for complex projects
- Prepare project status reports and keep project sponsor and teams informed of project status and related issues and risks
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, successfully managing cross-functional projects
- Strong experience with Microsoft Operating systems and products
- Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Strong facilitation and project management skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient skills in using Project Management tools and methodologies
- Strong ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightness
- Demonstrated success in effectively developing and implementing new strategies
- Strong business and technology acumen
- Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners

- Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Up to 10% travel time required
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
