You act as a trusted partner to our clients, supporting them in shaping data-driven, technology-enabled products, business models, and engineering initiatives across the healthcare value chain. With your consulting experience and industry expertise, you contribute to complex transformation and innovation projects, taking ownership of workstreams and actively shaping client solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Support and lead consulting engagements in areas such as product management, innovation management, and the business side of engineering projects
Translate business and market requirements into actionable concepts for R&D, engineering, and digital product teams
Contribute to the design and evolution of data-driven organisations, including analytics-enabled decision-making and digital platforms
Develop and assess business models and go-to-market concepts for digital health and MedTech innovations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, engineering, data, UX, and delivery
Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables
What’s important to us
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of consulting experience in the MedTech or Health industry, ideally gained within a professional consulting firm.
Strong expertise in MedTech environments, including product management, innovation management, and the business side of engineering or product development projects.
Experience working with data-driven organisations, digital products, and analytics-enabled decision-making.
Proven ability in business model innovation and strategic problem solving, with the capability to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives.
A strong consulting mindset with experience managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.
Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week.
Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
