The Role

As a Digital Consultant in Aviation, Energy or Retail, you will work with leading organisations on complex digital and data-driven transformation initiatives. You operate at the intersection of business, technology, and data, helping clients design and implement innovative solutions and operating models.

You act as a trusted partner to our clients, supporting them in shaping data-driven organisations, digital products, and analytics-enabled decision-making capabilities. With your consulting experience and strong analytical mindset, you contribute to large-scale transformation programs and innovation initiatives, taking ownership of workstreams and delivering high-quality consulting outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Advise clients in Aviation, Energy, Retail, and cross-industry environments on digital transformation, data-driven organisations, and innovation initiatives
• Support and lead consulting engagements related to digital strategy, operating model transformation, and analytics-enabled decision-making
• Help organisations build and scale data-driven capabilities, including data platforms, analytics initiatives, and digital products
• Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions across business, technology, and engineering teams
• Contribute to transformation programs by shaping operating models, governance structures, and innovation initiatives
• Support the development of new business models and digital value propositions enabled by technology and data
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, data, engineering, UX, and delivery
• Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables

What’s important to us  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–10 years of consulting experience in Aviation, Energy, Retail, or related cross-industry transformation environments, ideally gained within a professional consulting firm
• Strong expertise in data-driven organisations and transformation initiatives, ideally with exposure to innovation management or the business side of engineering projects
• Experience working with digital products, analytics-enabled decision-making, and data-driven transformation initiatives
• Proven ability in business model innovation and strategic problem solving, with the capability to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives
• A strong consulting mindset with experience managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights
• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
