Are you ready to step into a strategic leadership role where you can significantly shape the growth of our Real Estate business in Frankfurt? We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Director, Real Estate Lead, who will drive our expansion, develop our client portfolio, and further build a high performing team delivering excellence for international and regional clients. 

In this role you will lead our Real Estate presence in Frankfurt, focusing on strengthening our market position, driving business development, and building a growing and motivated local team. You will play a central role in delivering major Real Estate projects for global organisations.  

This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to develop a growing location, expand our client base, and shape the future of our Real Estate business in one of Europe’s key markets. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Business Leadership & Growth 

  • Drive the strategic development of our Real Estate business in Frankfurt. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth across key sectors, especially financial institutions, developers, and life science clients. 
  • Build relationships with new clients while expanding partnerships with existing global accounts. 
  • Represent Turner & Townsend in the Frankfurt market and strengthen brand visibility. 
  • Develop compelling proposals and lead bid processes for new commissions. 

Team Management 

  • Lead, inspire and develop a growing team of project and cost management professionals. 
  • Attract, hire and onboard new talent to support our expansion strategy. 
  • Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development. 
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Directors and teams across Germany and Europe. 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Act as senior contact for major international clients with Real Estate footprints in the Frankfurt region. 
  • Support global account structures and ensure excellence in service delivery. 
  • Identify cross selling opportunities across our broader service offering. 
  • Strengthen relationships with key market players, including law firms undertaking office expansion, fit-out or refurbishment projects. 

Project & Service Delivery 

  • Ensure quality and successful delivery across major Real Estate projects. 
  • Maintain oversight of project status, resource planning and risk areas. 
  • Support project teams in negotiations, execution and stakeholder management. 
  • Coordinate staffing and optimise resource allocation based on project needs.
