Modality Lead MR International Region (all genders)Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to drive operational excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement for the MR modality across the International Region. You will lead a cross‑regional community, leverage data-driven insights, and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Your job:
1. Performance Management & Analytics
Monitor, analyze, and report modality performance through KPIs, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; drive corrective actions with zones and BIUs.
Ensure alignment on KPI standards, performance frameworks, and reporting across Operations and the Business.
2. Community Leadership & Collaboration
Lead the IR-wide modality community (PPAs, TSS, RSE, FSE, SOC teams).
Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and community engagement across regions and cultures.
Build one unified modality performance culture and shared identity.
3. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Drive productivity improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies.
Lead or support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and technical enablement across all zones.
Promote process standardization while adapting for local market realities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
Act as the primary operational counterpart to Business S&SD teams.
Ensure strong alignment on serviceability, performance, quality, productivity, and NPI.
Represent operations in cross-functional discussions, governance, and improvement programs.
5. Customer & Employee Experience
Drive customer satisfaction performance and implement improvement plans.
Take ownership of complex customer issues and escalations, securing timely resolutions.
Support employee engagement within the modality community and foster a learning-oriented environment.
You should bring the following:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, Health Sciences or equivalent.
Professional experience in an international, cross-regional environment; leadership experience preferred.
Fluent English skills.
