This role combines structured project management with hands-on content execution in a fast-moving, global digital environment. You will oversee marketing initiatives from planning to delivery while ensuring high-quality content production across multiple channels. Acting as a central coordination point, you will align marketing, product, compliance, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches. The position requires both operational discipline and editorial precision, with a strong focus on timelines, quality, and clarity of communication. You will also contribute directly to content creation, ensuring messaging is accurate, engaging, and aligned with platform strategy. This is a highly autonomous role where structure, ownership, and attention to detail directly impact global communications and user engagement.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the full marketing calendar, ensuring structured planning and execution across campaigns, launches, and educational initiatives for a global digital trading platform
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, asset production, review cycles, approvals, and timely execution across multiple stakeholders
- Align timelines and dependencies across marketing, product, compliance, legal, design, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor execution risks, proactively remove bottlenecks, and maintain clear documentation and workflow discipline
- Produce and manage high-quality content including blogs, announcements, newsletters, educational materials, and website copy
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, editorially strong, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards
- Oversee content publishing across CMS platforms and optimize materials for clarity, SEO relevance, and investor-facing communication
- Prepare post-campaign reports and performance summaries for stakeholders
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, content management, or hybrid marketing operations roles
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, regulated, or product-driven environments
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products, or digital asset ecosystems
- Exceptional written and editorial skills in English with strong attention to detail
- High organizational discipline with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience working with CMS platforms and marketing reporting tools
- Ability to operate independently with a strong ownership mindset in remote environments
