Executive Project Manager

This role focuses on driving execution excellence across multiple high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, global digital environment.
You will oversee parallel project streams, ensuring alignment across product, data, and operational teams.
The position requires strong coordination skills to accelerate delivery timelines and remove execution blockers.
You will play a key role in translating strategic priorities into fully implemented end-to-end solutions.
The environment is highly cross-functional, data-driven, and collaborative, spanning international teams and stakeholders.
This is a key leadership delivery role where operational clarity and execution speed directly influence business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Own execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across streams
• Align roadmaps and priorities between product, analytics, and operations teams to improve coordination and speed
• Identify, analyze, and remove operational and technical blockers that slow down implementation
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, data, and partner-facing operational teams
• Ensure initiatives are fully executed end-to-end, from planning through implementation and adoption
• Bridge capability gaps between teams when needed to ensure seamless delivery across functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, program management, or delivery management in large-scale organizations
• Strong background in cross-functional delivery within complex, data-driven environments
• Experience working with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and analytics-informed decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to implement change in existing systems rather than only launching new products
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities in a global environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a delivery-first mindset
