About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Planning & System Design: Formulate long-term warehouse development strategies and annual operational plans that strictly align with corporate objectives; design optimized warehouse layouts and equipment allocation schemes to drive standardization, intelligent upgrades, and significant improvements in operational efficiency.
• End-to-End Operations Oversight: Manage the entire logistics lifecycle, from inbound receiving and storage to outbound order fulfillment; continuously monitor critical performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover rates and accuracy levels, while optimizing task routing and resource allocation to ensure seamless, error-free operations and minimize potential losses.
• Cost Optimization & Efficiency Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment maintenance, and space utilization; implement targeted cost-saving initiatives by streamlining workflows and integrating advanced automation tools, while rigorously tracking productivity metrics like labor efficiency and floor utilization to maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Team Leadership & Risk Management: Lead the full spectrum of human resource management for the warehouse team, including recruitment, comprehensive training programs, and performance evaluations; optimize the organizational structure to enhance execution capabilities, while strictly enforcing safety protocols, managing major incident responses, and mitigating operational risks to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Service Innovation: Partner closely with logistics, sales, and supply chain departments to align resources and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks; actively gather and analyze customer insights to refine service processes, thereby elevating customer satisfaction levels and strengthening the company's competitive advantage in the market.

About You

• Strategic Vision & Technical Expertise: Possess a proven track record in strategic planning with the specific ability to design complex warehouse layouts and plan equipment allocation for intelligent upgrades; you should be well-versed in industry best practices for standardization and digital transformation.
• Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrate deep expertise in managing end-to-end logistics workflows with a strong focus on data; you must be skilled in monitoring and analyzing key metrics like inventory turnover and accuracy to drive continuous process improvements and ensure high-quality, error-free operations.
• Financial Acumen & Automation Proficiency: Have a strong background in cost control and financial analysis, with the ability to identify savings in labor, equipment, and space; you should be experienced in integrating automation tools and utilizing productivity metrics to continuously enhance operational cost-effectiveness.
• Leadership & Safety Compliance: Exhibit exceptional leadership skills in building high-performing teams through effective recruitment, training, and performance management; you must have a strong commitment to safety, with experience in implementing robust safety protocols and mitigating risks to ensure a compliant and secure workplace.
• Collaborative Spirit & Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions to align supply chain resources; you should be customer-centric, with the skills to gather insights and refine service processes to drive satisfaction and deliver a superior competitive advantage.
