We are looking for people who want to create more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.
We are looking for a Customs Broker who will ensure fast, compliant, and uninterrupted customs clearance processes, and will also build and launch an in-house customs brokerage function in Germany from scratch.
Tasks
Main Responsibilities

Launch of customs brokerage function in Germany: creation and development of in-house customs operations (in-house brokerage) to support business scaling

Customs clearance management for import/export/transit flows (B2C / C2C)

Ensuring full regulatory compliance and zero penalties due to errors in classification or documentation

Communication with customs authorities and operational issue resolution with customs office in Mainz

Process optimization for high-volume parcel flows

Daily work with customs systems and internal tools, including troubleshooting technical issues

Support of e-commerce logistics operations and uninterrupted customs processing

Customs warehouse coordination and prevention of operational backlog

Ensuring accuracy of classification, tariff assignment, and documentation.
Requirements
Key Requirements
-
Valid and officially recognized Customs Broker certification in Germany (mandatory)

3+ years of experience as a customs declarant / customs broker
-
Strong expertise in e-commerce / parcel logistics (B2C / C2C flows)

Deep understanding of EU import, export, and transit procedures
-
Fluent German (mandatory — working level for communication with customs authorities)

English – conversational (B2 or higher)

Experience working with customs authorities in regulated environments
-
Strong technical skills (customs systems, declaration software, MS Office, fast adaptation to tools)

Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.
