Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage and coordinate the efficient routing and scheduling of our field teams and resources. This role is crucial for ensuring timely service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

* Receive and process incoming service requests, calls, and emails from clients and internal teams.
* Prioritize and dispatch field technicians, drivers, or other personnel based on urgency, location, and availability.
* Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency, minimize travel time, and meet service level agreements.
* Monitor the real-time status of field teams and assets, providing updates and making adjustments as needed.
* Communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records of dispatches, service calls, completed tasks, and relevant documentation.
* Address and resolve issues or emergencies that arise during dispatches, escalating when necessary.
* Utilize dispatching software and communication tools to track progress and manage workflows.
* Prepare reports on dispatch activities, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
* Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistical/coordination role.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in using dispatching software, GPS systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
* Fluency in German and English is highly desirable for effective communication within the team and with clients.
