1、组织和编制年度设备计划维修方案和费用预算； 2、负责生产线设备的维护管理工作，包括日常维护、点检润滑和备件管理等； 3、解决设备运行维护的故障问题，推进设备整改和优化，提高生产效率、降低设备运行成本。 4、基于设备维护标准，对现有设备维养团队进行能力打造和提升，保障设备的有效生产。
