is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres the

General Manager Food Ingredients Europe

Location: Northern Italy onsite

This is a Business 2 Business job, please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and vergetables and other value added Food Ingredient and not FMCG an HORECA

• You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD

• You are a specialist in Food Ingredients

• Develop Strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan, Market share objectives

• you are able to lead a bigger team : Finance, Operation, Sales Business Developement, R&D, NPD etx.

• To develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy,

• focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.

• To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.

• MBA from reputed Institute, 15-20 years’ work experience in Food B2B industry

• to be responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business with Focus on top line and bottom line performance

• increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.

• you speak english and italian
