To strengthen the local organization, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
Aufgaben

Act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers

Prepare quotations and manage customer orders, forecasts, and contracts

Coordinate logistics with warehouses and freight forwarders

Process invoices, credit notes, and supplier documentation

Ensure accurate documentation and archiving

Support the sales team with customer activities and events when required
Qualifikation

Commercial background (Kaufmännische Ausbildung or similar)

Strong MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage (training provided)

Fluent in German and English

Detail‑oriented, structured, and reliable

Strong communication skills, confident on the phone

Team‑oriented and solution‑driven

Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus
