Management Associate (f/m/d) to develop the leading generation of brain-computer interfaces with us by 2030, redefining the boundaries of medicine.

Your tasks
You will drive the development of our brain-computer interface together with management and work operationally at the intersection of all workstreams.
- Immerse yourself in diverse topics across our development (hardware, software, clinical, strategy), take ownership of individual work packages, and drive their execution.
- Analyze and assess the latest state of science and technology in the BCI field and translate your findings into operational recommendations for management; identify risks and develop solutions.
- Support the further build-up of the company: from development planning through initial regulatory groundwork to market access structures.
- Drive collaboration with external development partners, research institutions, and internal FUTRUE functions (Quality, Regulatory, Clinical).
Requirements
We are hiring across all experience levels. What matters are exceptional abilities and the drive to push boundaries. This is what sets you apart:- You are passionate about shaping the next major innovation in the health-tech sector in an environment with fast decision-making processes.
- You have excellent analytical skills, can quickly work yourself into complex topics, and communicate concisely at all levels.
- You have initial relevant work experience in management consulting, a startup environment, venture building, or a comparably dynamic setting; ideally with exposure to hardware development, medical devices, or neurotechnology.
- You are proficient in using AI tools to systematically maximize your efficiency and output.
- You have completed your degree or PhD in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, ranking among the top of your class.
- You have a strong drive and can ideally demonstrate your capabilities through internships, extracurricular engagement, or similar activities.
- You are business-fluent in English or German (min. C1).
