Teamlead Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and further development of the teams in Customer Service, Replenishment, Material Master & Intercompany
• Representation of the SCM management
• Ensuring efficient customer supply as well as optimization of the entire supply chain
• Management of capacity requests, IC deliveries, and emergency management
• Implementation of SCM projects
• Monitoring relevant SCM KPIs and optimization of European inventory
• Close collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, and global interfaces

Qualifications:

• Studies in the field of SCM/Logistics or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Very good SAP skills (DP, FF, MM, SO)
• Confident handling of MS Office, Teamcenter, Celonis, addONE
• Fluent German and English skills
• Structured, analytical way of working, hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills
• Lean/Lean-Admin training
