Executive Chauffeur & Security Driver (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

As Freudenberg’s Executive Chauffeur & Security Driver, you ensure our Executive Board, Shareholders’ Committee, and other key passengers travel safely, confidentially, and professionally. Making every journey safe, seamless, and discreet.

• Ensure safe, on‑time, disruption‑free travel through advanced driving and protective awareness.

• Plan routes, conduct location checks, and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

• Uphold professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain fleet readiness, including vehicle upkeep, documentation, and coordination.

• Conduct route and venue reconnaissance to assess risks.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in passenger transport

• IHK‑certified personal protection specialist (or equivalent).

• Regular safety and personal protection training; extended first aid/Medic skills.

• Exceptional discretion, loyalty, and professionalism.

• Strong defensive driving, situational awareness, and sound judgment under pressure.

• Excellent communication and teamwork; service‑oriented presence.

• High physical and mental resilience; consistent fitness.

• Clean criminal record

• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages beneficial.

• Valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/on‑call duty.
