Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer order process, including quotation preparation, order intake, document dispatch, accounts receivable management, complaint handling, and credit note creation

  • Perform operational SAP tasks such as order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns processing, monitoring open items, complaint registration, and handling delivery schedules

  • Prepare and coordinate time-sensitive shipments within order management, ensuring close collaboration with the warehouse for smooth logistics processes

  • Ensure high service levels through efficient handling of customer requests and strong cross-functional internal coordination

  • Manage order processing, including clarification of delivery dates and shipment status

  • Support and advise the sales team to further develop customer relationships and strengthen customer retention

  • Participate in or lead projects aimed at continuous improvement of internal processes

  • Manage digital sales channels (e.g. EDI, eCommerce, customer portals)

  • Continuously develop knowledge in the field and in Customer Care-related topics (e.g. OPEX, customer visits with sales team)

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, or a similar customer-oriented role

  • Strong proficiency and extensive experience with ERP systems (SAP), MS Office, and CRM tools (e.g. CX)

  • Very good command of German, both written and spoken

  • Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills

  • Structured, accurate, and independent working style

  • Team player with resilience and flexibility
