Your mission
HubSpot & GTM Stack Ownership (HubSpot‑first)- Own HubSpot as the central revenue platform (CRM, lifecycle stages, pipelines, reporting).
- Build an end‑to‑end lead management setup: capture → enrichment → scoring → routing → SLAs → follow‑up.
- Ensure data quality and keep structures clean and consistent.
Automation & Workflows- Build and optimize automated nurturing flows.
- Define MQL/SQL criteria together with Sales.
- Automate operational processes to reduce administrative workload for Sales.
Routing, Integrations & Automation (n8n)- Design and implement automations (enrichment, syncs, alerts, routing, task creation).
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and the wider GTM tool stack.
Reporting & Funnel Analytics- Create dashboards and KPI logic (conversion rates, velocity, pipeline health).
- Establish a single source of truth for data and funnel definitions.
- Support forecasting and pipeline processes in a structured, methodical way.
Alignment & Enablement- Work closely with Sales on ICP refinement, lead quality, and clear feedback loops.
- Develop standards, SLAs, and structured handover processes across the funnel.
Your profile
Must‑have- 2–4+ years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops, ideally in a startup or scale‑up environment.
- Strong, hands‑on experience with HubSpot — including setup, workflows, data models, and reporting.
- Analytical and structured working style, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and decisions.
- A digital‑first mindset with a solution‑oriented, process‑driven approach and strong attention to detail.
- A clear builder mentality: you execute, improve, test, and optimize independently.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with HubSpot and a willingness to continuously refine and optimize the system.
Nice‑to‑have- First hands‑on experience using Claude.
- Experience with n8n, ideally including debugging of complex data flows.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay or Apollo, and the ability to integrate enrichment or prospecting data into HubSpot cleanly.
- Background in B2B SaaS / Tech, with a full‑funnel understanding — from lead capture to renewal.
