Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Process Performance Engineer (f/m) to join our Painting Hub based** in Toulouse, France.**
You will be part of a team developing performance processes to secure the smooth running of the aircraft painting cycle, meeting Safety, environmental impact, and industrial performance objectives. As part of the Painting Hub (PPE and Performance & Improvement Team), you will be involved in operational performance monitoring and improvement aiming at optimizing our multi-programme industrial system in a high ramp-up context.

Your challenges:

Drive the daily and monthly operational performance monitoring of Production Groups (ESQCDP indicators, disruption tracking, red space identification, and associated action plans).

Create and optimize line balancing for 100% of aircraft (A320, A321, A330, and A350) entering the halls to ensure efficient PPC.

Collaborate with the AOS team to ensure an integrated organization for performance monitoring and improvement.

Deploy AOS standards and tools (specifically SLB, PPC, and MPS building blocks) across the Painting Hub.

Lead business transformation and continuous improvement projects to support the operational optimization of our industrial system.
Your boarding pass:

At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment (experience in a FAL or manufacturing plant is preferred).

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering processes, methods, and tools (such as SAP PEA, MES, EPIQA, CAWA, IGEA).

Strong ability to facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams.

Proven analytical, synthesis, and field-oriented problem-solving skills with a strong appetite for technical topics.

Language skills: French (negotiation level); knowledge of the aircraft painting process is considered an asset.
