We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Invoicing team in the Finance domain. You will lead a cross-functional product team of highly skilled software engineers, balancing people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical stewardship. You create an environment where teams do their best work, deliver reliably, and continuously improve, while staying aligned with business and technology goals.
What You’ll Do

Lead and grow people: Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through regular feedback, 1:1s, and clear growth plans; hire and retain a strong, balanced team.
