At zooplus , we’re looking for a commercially driven leader to take ownership of key categories in DACH, our biggest and most strategic market.
This is more than a traditional category management role. You’ll operate like a General Manager for your categories: owning strategy, growth, pricing, onsite performance, and team leadership end-to-end.
Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Vendor Management, and Own Brand teams, you’ll turn customer and market insights into measurable commercial impact.

What you’ll own

Define and execute the commercial strategy for your categories across DACH

Drive topline growth, profitability, and KPI performance across category and product level

Lead pricing, promotions, and campaign planning to maximise commercial impact

Own onsite merchandising and customer journey optimisation to improve conversion and growth

Grow Own Brand performance through acquisition, migration, and retention initiatives

Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimise performance continuously

Lead and develop a high-performing team of 4 people
