Service Engineer

Main Objective:
Ensure second level service (and first level when needed) to our colleagues (or customers), for the X-Ray systems we have built; supporting in creation of technical documentation.
Your Role :

Trainer for training on the maintenance, troubleshooting and use of our machines.

Use of the SAP management system for transactions.

Remote support for customers and colleagues. Onsite service activites when necessary.

Laboratory activities: repairs and setting of the devices, testing,
-
Support to internal production.

updating existing documentation.

Cooperate in developments of new projects (new machines)
Your Profile
-
Technical diploma. Knowledge of electronics and/or mechanics. Paths: mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering.

Basic requirements: reading of electrical-mechanical diagrams.

Computer skills: knowledge of both HW and SW PC; good command of Office applications. PLC knowledge is a plus

Availability to travel: once or twice a month.

Language: knowledge of the English language (written and oral comprehension and expression, reference B1 European framework; reading of technical sheets and manuals);

B license.

Experience:聽Minimum 3-5 years.

Good attitude with the public: communication and interpersonal skills; listening skills.

Aptitude for teamwork, in a structured multinational reality.
