Your RoleEnsures the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence
Develops and implements quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Acts as a key member of the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth
Directly influences organizational growth by unblocking medical product releases and ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle
Manages budgets for the setup and maintenance of quality management systems.
Possesses exceptional people management skills and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments, supported by a data-driven mindset
Builds a global, stand-alone quality organization, including a regulatory team, and provides lateral leadership for quality topics in other functions and projects
University degree in business administration, engineering, natural sciences or similar combined with specific training and relevant quality and regulatory topics
Extensive experience in quality management and regulatory affairs, preferably in a senior leadership role, industry knowledge is a plus
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving measurable quality objectives
Experience working in a global or multinational organization is preferred
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Exceptional people management skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse cultural environments
Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common quality goals
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence
Fluency in English, advance skill in German as a plus
