Your Role
  • Ensures the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence

  • Develops and implements quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives

  • Acts as a key member of the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth

  • Directly influences organizational growth by unblocking medical product releases and ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle

  • Manages budgets for the setup and maintenance of quality management systems.

  • Possesses exceptional people management skills and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments, supported by a data-driven mindset

  • Builds a global, stand-alone quality organization, including a regulatory team, and provides lateral leadership for quality topics in other functions and projects

Your Profile
  • University degree in business administration, engineering, natural sciences or similar combined with specific training and relevant quality and regulatory topics

  • Extensive experience in quality management and regulatory affairs, preferably in a senior leadership role, industry knowledge is a plus

  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving measurable quality objectives

  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization is preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

  • Exceptional people management skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse cultural environments

  • Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common quality goals

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence

  • Fluency in English, advance skill in German as a plus
