ZEAL Iberia, S.L.U., a leading Company in the management of Lotteries through Internet, has a contract with ONCE to provide Marketing Services to manage and maximize the sales and results of the JuegosONCE website ( www.juegosonce.es ) as well as other digital channels (i.e. mobile, apps).

The role:
We are looking for a CRM Technical Expert (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Department. The role will support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, and results optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across multiple communication channels such as Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.
Your tasks:

Creation, implementation, and optimization of automated email marketing campaigns, using SQL-based segmentation and audience selection to improve engagement and conversion.

Creation, layout, and optimization of newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive design and compatibility across major email clients.

Support the development and maintenance of automated database processes, including SQL-based data loading and system synchronization workflows.

Execution and monitoring of email marketing campaigns, including the creation of briefings and copy, the development of HTML-based email templates, the setup of customer journeys, the definition of audience segments, and the planning and execution of A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.

Monitoring, testing, and performance reporting of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous optimization and improved results.

Contribute to the definition of promotional offers and campaigns, supporting their implementation and communication through CRM channels to maximize engagement and conversion.
What you offer:

At least 5 years’ experience in managing CRM online.

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Selligent, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategy development and innovative ideas.

Experience in managing large databases, including data organization, segmentation, data quality control, and the efficient handling of large volumes of customer information to support CRM campaigns and marketing automation processes.

Professional level management of Excel and internal tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack…

Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Spanish.

Nice to have: Experience working with Python.
