Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including financial management, risk
management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote the growth and success of the company, such as
expanding services or entering new markets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and
other financial institutions.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the
company’s systems and data.
- Ensuring that the institution's employees are properly trained and equipped to carry out their roles
and responsibilities.
- Reporting to the institution's board of directors or other governing body on the performance of the
institution and its compliance with regulatory requirements.
