About the Role:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga. You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.
What You’ll Do:

Handle incoming customer calls in Dutch, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.

Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.
What We’re Looking For:

Dutch: Native or bilingual level

English: Advanced (minimum C1)

Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekends

A valid NIE, NAF, and a **Spanish bank account
