This role will focus on driving the Corporate Services category comprising spend categories such as; People Services, Workspace, Travel, Professional Services. About the Role:

Assist in the execution of procurement strategies and conduct market research to support the team in understanding industry trends and supply/demand shifts.

Support the building and maintenance of effective relationships with internal stakeholders and assist in preparing for cross-departmental alignment meetings.

Contribute to cost reduction and spend optimization efforts by providing analytical and financial support and brining to bear on your allocated sourcing projects.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers by gathering data and applying established criteria for quality, price, and reliability.

Support the team in identifying consolidation opportunities and the preparation of documents for contract renegotiations or new Requests for Proposal (RFPs).

Research and stay informed on sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives to help ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Assist in the implementation of new procurement technologies and automation tools to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Actively participate in learning and development opportunities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement team.

Ensure personal procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations, promoting integrity and transparency.

Keep up to date with industry best practices and contribute ideas for improving Wise's procurement processes.
