With more than 20,000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 11 production sites across Europe, which are located in Cassinetta, Melano, Comunanza, and Siena in Italy, Wroclaw, Radomsko, and Lodz in Poland, Poprad in Slovakia, Yate in the UK, and Ulmi and Gaesti in Romania, with a production capacity of approximately 24 million white goods products per year.
The team you will be a part of
The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
Minimum requirements
-Management of Trade Partners in the assigned area: negotiation with platforms and the most important points of sale (horizontal and vertical)
-Sales analysis and forecasts (forecast)
-Weekly sales reports
-Monthly promotions and discounts
-Coordination of merchandising activities
-Management of orders, prices and billing
- Point of Sales management
Preferred skills and experiences
University education: valuable
Minimum 3 years experience in the sector : white goods, PAE (small domestic appliances) or brown range sector. Ideally coming from competitors
Experience in negotiating with buying groups / platforms
Retail channel knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously
Winning spirit, proactive
Results Orientation
Availability to travel in the area (north of Spain)
Analytical skills , ability to work with figures and numbers
English desired (not a must)
