This role in summary
The Sales Representative for Northern Greece is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting company products and services across the assigned territory. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering value‑based solutions, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include
Understand customer needs by identifying pain points and proposing tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to establish trust and long‑term partnerships
Promote and present products and services, clearly communicating value, benefits, and competitive advantages
Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals effectively
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall business KPIs
Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
Conduct regular field visits across the assigned Northern Greece territory, including up to 7 overnights per month
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer data in CRM tools
Communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution
Minimum requirements
Proven experience in a sales or business development role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
Results‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on meeting targets
Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Greece, including overnight stays
Valid driving license
Strong computer skills
Fluency in Greek; working proficiency in English
Preferred skills and experiences
Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or key account management
Experience covering Northern Greece or managing regional territories
Strong customer‑centric approach with problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams
Experience in solution‑based or consultative selling methodologies
Familiarity with sales reporting tools
