You will join our Freight Team, responsible for ensuring efficient, reliable, and compliant road transport operations across our network. We coordinate daily shipments, work closely with carriers, and partner with internal teams to secure smooth, on-time deliveries. Our focus is operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in how we move goods and serve our customers.
This role in summary
We are looking for a Primary Road Freight Process Analyst to join our Team and support the effective, reliable, and cost-efficient movement of goods across our road freight network. In this role, you will take ownership of our annual road transport tender, collaborate closely with carriers, and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

Your responsibilities will include
**Collaboration with Carriers **
Support the annual road freight tender, including lane analysis, proposal evaluation, and implementation of new rates and carrier setups
Build strong working relationships with carriers and act as a key point of contact for operational matters
Monitor carrier performance (capacity availability, refusals, late arrivals, no-shows) and drive issue resolution and continuous improvement
Transportation Team Support
Assist with daily shipment execution by troubleshooting delays, capacity shortages, and documentation issues
Provide data and insights that help stabilize and optimize transport operations, including loading plans and vehicle usage
Ensure transport activities meet compliance, quality, and safety requirements
**Reporting and Cooperation **
Prepare regular KPI and performance reports and identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
Support evaluations of cost, service levels, and penalties where needed
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, Operations, GIS, and Market Teams to maintain aligned, efficient end-to-end processes and contribute to process improvements
Skills and experiences
Experience in supply chain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
Knowledge of supply chain systems (SAP/APO, IBP, or similar) is an advantage
