Order Management: Proficient in managing order flow and using SAP or similar systems.

This role in summary
聽The Order Desk Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing the order-to-delivery process in the most efficient manner, while adhering to Beko Europe's trade policies. This position plays a key role in processing sales orders, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer demands and achieve company KPIs
Your responsibilities will include
Order Management:

Receive sales orders via various channels (email, telephone) and ensure data accuracy (price, availability, quantity).

Verify the correctness of orders, ensuring adherence to formal requirements and company policies before releasing them for processing.

Manage order processing from sales order creation in SAP to the delivery number creation.

Collaboration & Communication:

Communicate with the logistics department to maximize delivery execution.

Coordinate with the demand planner to ensure product availability.

Liaise with the sales force and trade partners to satisfy customer requests and address any inquiries.

Work closely with the credit department to expedite the processing of blocked orders.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Achieve Order-to-Cash targets, including LTR In Process and LTR Admin KPIs.

Control the order portfolio and ensure adherence to promising logic and Late-to-Request (LTR) logic.

Review and interpret daily inventory reports, LTR portfolio reports, and stock/free stock reports.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:

Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively applying problem-solving tools to address issues.

Contribute to process improvements by providing suggestions within your area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience in order management, preferably within a similar role in the supply chain or customer service environment.
