The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
This role in summary
Job Summary:
The Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts within an assigned territory. This role is focused on achieving sales targets, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. The Key Account Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management:

Manage an assigned territory and the customers within that territory.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business results within the assigned area.

Retain and nurture relationships with existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Budget Management:
-
Overachieve sales budget targets (both sell-in and sell-out) while optimizing channel stock.

Develop programs and strategies to maximize sales volume in line with sales projections.

Negotiate annual TPI contracts and ensure targets are met.

Manage the budget in accordance with company policies and ensure ROI.

Distribution & Product Introduction:

Forecasting & Financial Monitoring:

Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

Monitor and communicate the credit status and financial information of key accounts, working with the credit controller.

Operational & Merchandise Activities:

Program Development:
- Develop and support the creation of PMR (Product Mix and Retail) plans, including appropriate actions for like-for-like (LfL) growth.

Minimum requirements
Qualifications & Skills:

University degree, preferably in economics.
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Key Account Management or related field).

Strong drive for results with excellent problem-solving and learning agility.

Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation and selling skills.
-
Strong ability to execute point-of-sale strategies effectively.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
