This role in summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our IT Warehousing team as a junior IT analyst internship. The successful candidate will be based in our Milan office.聽
The Junior IT analyst intern will be responsible for supporting a Warehousing IT manager in designing and implementing SAP EWM and ERP solutions mainly focused but not limited to warehouse management.聽
Your responsibilities will include

Engage with the business partners and IT colleagues to evaluate and propose IT solutions for business requirements聽

Collaborate with external consultants and the internal IT team to deliver projects and enhancements聽

Gain business acumen on Beko Europe processes to identify improvement opportunities and related benefits聽

Design and implement enhancements to the standard SAP functionalities inside the ERP and warehouse management systems聽

Perform troubleshooting and propose the ways to resolve the process and technical issues聽

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement聽
-
Create functional specifications and documentation for SAP enhancements聽

Focus on skill growth and hands-on experience on the EWM and ERP technologies聽

Address day to day issues on warehousing function to ensure the smooth running of the business聽
Minimum requirements
-
Pursuing a Master鈥檚 Degree in Management, Computer, Electronics, Mathematics Engineering or Computer Sciences

Fluency in English聽

Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities balanced with interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate聽

Ability to create detailed functional specifications and documentation聽

Proactiveness and ability to work both independently and as part of a team聽
Preferred skills and experiences

Prior exposure to SAP is a plus

Experience with business process analysis and improvement is a plus

Previous exposure to SQL is a plus

Previous programming experience is a plus聽
