This role in summary
Join our HR Organization & Analytics team and shape the future with us! You will have the chance to contribute to transformation projects to sustain the integration of two companies, encompassing different fields - such as organization design, change management and project management. You will also support the HR analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to help drive strategic decisions.
You will have great business exposure to the HR environment through constant interaction and collaboration with the entire function at country and regional level.
Your responsibilities will include

Run HR Analytics by collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to help drive strategic decisions, creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports

Contribute to the development and the rollout of the HR integration initiatives across all functions, working closely with the HR colleagues to ensure a smooth merger of two organizations

Facilitate the harmonization of HR processes, policies and systems across the organization, encompassing the entire employee journey

Work on Change Management projects to identify Change and Communication plans in the transformation space and contribute to implement the appropriate measurement and governance systems

Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the HR processes
Minimum requirements
If you are…
-
a Master’s Degree student in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
-
a proficient English speaker
-
a strong team player with good analytical and communication skills
-
a good user of Microsoft Suite (in particular Excel & PowerPoint)
-
a problem solver, able to identify out of the box solutions
