This role in summary
We are looking for an** IT Specialist in the CRM and Consumer Services** areas. This role will partner with various stakeholders, in business and IT, corporate and regional, in order to manage the IT solution design for CRM, and Consumer Services applications.
Your responsibilities will include

Manage the growth of capabilities and support solution design in the Digital CRM and Consumer Services areas with multiple providers in a dynamic distributed environment

Interact with regional and countries business units within EMEA region
-
Interact with EMEA IT organizations to align on solutions and practices.
Minimum requirements
-
4+ years of experience in Digital CRM and Consumer Services solutions design and/or delivery
-
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or SAP CRM solution
-
Experience with聽 integrations patterns, WebService and API technologies
-
Strong technical skills to create/review technical design documents, integration design documents and data flows
-
At least 3 years of experience as Project Management of medium/large projects on CRM area

Omnichannel mindset and proven track record
-
Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR)

Experience of managing Team - both in Agile and Waterfall projects

Effectively manage capital and expense budgets

Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English聽聽

Master鈥檚 degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA

Experience with Google Cloud Platform applications and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
Preferred Skills

Strong IT background in solution design and/or delivery experience at the scale of a multinational corporation聽

An understanding of how to manage and grow the Digital CRM and Consumer Service ecosystem

Open minded with a strong willingness to learn
