The team you will be a part of
The Field Service team performs emergency repair, preventative maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical equipment and systems. Performs on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation. Provides technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.

The Field Service Specialist ensures accurate registration approvals, manages spare parts administration, and provides technical and customer support to maintain service quality. The role focuses on data verification, timely reporting, and efficient coordination to deliver reliable operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include

Approve BEKO registrations in compliance with specified criteria.

Manage spare parts administration, including processing free-of-charge orders.

Provide support to customer care and technicians by answering service-related inquiries and handling correspondence.

Prepare and distribute call transcripts for internal use.

Verify data accuracy, including serial numbers for customer care and technicians.

Compile and submit monthly reports for headquarters.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service activities and approvals.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth field service operations.
Minimum requirements
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration, Technical Services, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Hungarian.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, for data verification and reporting.
Preferred skills and experiences
Strong communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams and customers.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data verification and reporting.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in administrative and documentation processes.
Basic technical understanding of spare parts and service workflows.
Competence in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and reporting systems.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
