The team you will be a part of
The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
This role in summary
We are looking for a Credit Management & TPI (Trade Partners Incentives) Analyst with Czech language in Accounts Receivable department to join our finance organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets.
The role is in the heart of Łódź, nearby Łódź – Fabryczna, but YOU CAN WORK UP TO 4 DAYS A WEEK FROM HOME
Your responsibilities will include
Credit management activities for dedicated customer's portfolio, risk assessment, monitoring and adjusting customer credit limits within company policy and process, reporting
Constant cooperation with finance and sales local teams
Managing customer's accounts daily, contacting them via email
Managing disputes - coordinating the resolution and clarifying any issues with the client or/and departments in charge
Cash Collection activities
Managing customer relations
Account reconciliation
Performing month-end activities
Looking for areas of improvement in the process
Controlling the level of TPI (Trade Partners Incentives) reserve to ensure proper amounts for bonuses, payouts after-sales bonuses (TPI) process management in SAP (accrual maintenance, analysis, timely payouts, performing month-end activities, reporting)
Minimum requirements
Very good English and Czech language
Experience in the finance area (preferably AR department) would be an asset
Good knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
