This role in summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our team. This key role is primarily focused on revenue and gross profit management, with a strong emphasis on data analytics. As a critical connection point between marketing, sales, and supply chain, the ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in data tools, excel in problem-solving under pressure, and demonstrate a high degree of accountability in managing a large business portfolio. Your responsibilities will include
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Budgets: Oversee and coordinate the budget related to sales and cost of sales, ensuring alignment across brands & departments.

Forecasting & Sales Estimation: Support sales forecasting, ensuring demand forecasts are accurate, and liaising with the commercial team.

Sales Controlling. Evaluate Brand, Price, product and channel mix, FX and cost management factors to better drive local business and margin realization.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between commercial management, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring all departments are aligned with the sales and demand strategy.

Reporting: Manage daily; weekly and monthly sales reporting processes, support financial team with sales and other type of commercial data. Participate in the annual budgeting process.

Customer Connection: Facilitate connections with customers to maintain compatibility with demand and forecasted figures. High-level support to properly manage Trade investments and system accruals accordingly.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to assess performance, sales trends, and budget adherence, with an expert level of use of tools like Excel and Power BI.

Demand Management: Engage in demand forecasting, tracking sales and stock levels, ensuring stock optimization while maintaining a balance between customer demand and inventory.

Pressure Management: Act as the key person for delivering critical data and reports under strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks, especially when under pressure.
Minimum requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role, ideally from home appliances, or preferably in a large retail or FMCG company.

Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation), with the ability to handle complex datasets.

Power BI Proficiency: Experience in creating queries and generating reports with Power BI. (Training will be provided if needed).

Python (Ideal): Knowledge of Python for data analysis is highly desirable.

SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP for managing business data and operations.

Mathematics/Statistics Background: A solid academic foundation in Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field, with a focus on statistics.

Language Skills: Strong command of English (B2/C1 level). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Strong ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
