Description
He/She contributes to ensuring the efficiency of the long-term rental and fleet management fleet through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring the timing and costs of interventions. He/She liaises with repairers to resolve repair issues and report service disruptions in the assistance network. He/She supports internal clients on technical and service delivery issues. Additionally, He/she collaborates with the operations center to report disruptions in roadside assistance and ensure the expected service levels. He/she also evaluates contractual exclusions to be applied to customers.

Verify the actual fault of the car and the need for scheduled maintenance through remote documentation review.

Ensure the accuracy of cost estimates to confirm that service center quotes align with manufacturer guidelines and repair techniques.

Manage requests within specified timelines and provide repairers with authorization numbers for payment and invoice issuance.

Evaluate total loss scenarios for excessive cost and approve contract closure.

Determine and confirm the application of contractual exclusions.

Verify reimbursements for customer-prepaid costs.

Handle complaints within the assigned area of responsibility.
