Your Role as Junior SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant:
**As Junior SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant, **you will build up the main support for Porsche Holdings future global HR IT platform “HelloSuccess” in 29 countries. With your fundamental understanding of processes and systems, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors, you will use your expertise to support more than 35,000 employees, managers, and local HR departments worldwide.
**What will you do: **
Expert for HR modules within SuccessFactors (EC; REC; ONB; PMGM, SPCDP and LMS)
First point of contact for HR and IT Country Leaders in 29 countries
Detailed Error Analysis and Troubleshooting: Handling and resolving tickets for issue resolution in HelloSuccess (Ticket processing)
Creation of Support Tickets and forwarding unsolvable issues to higher support levels
Continuous development of processes and ensuring process documentation (e.g., FAQs, workbooks)
**What makes you fit: **
Knowledge about SuccessFactors (1 year of experience)
Comfortable user in common office tools and technologies such as WebEx, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
Passionate about delivering a great customer experience in service delivery
Able to perform in a geographically dispersed international team
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese, German and Spanish is a plus
Able to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
Focus on establishing great working relations with the other members of the team
Valid Work Permit for Portugal
