As a Sales Development Intern – Dutch Market (m/f/d), you will focus on generating and qualifying new B2B business opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in expanding our customer base in the Netherlands. Your goal is to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients before handing over opportunities to senior sales leadership.
You will work closely with cross-border teams while being based at Voyfai's Berlin HQ.
This role is based in Berlin with a hybrid setup.
Prospecting & Outreach
Proactively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch-speaking market via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Conduct outbound outreach including cold calling and cold emailing
Research industries and key stakeholders to personalize outreach and maximize engagement
Qualification & Pipeline
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses
Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales leadership in the Netherlands
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the outreach cycle
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full pipeline visibility
Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership to inform commercial strategy
Availability for 6 months
Native or near-native Dutch fluency (mandatory)
Good English skills for internal collaboration
Strong motivation to build a career in outbound sales
Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
Resilience, persistence, and a structured approach to follow-up
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sectors is a plus
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required — recent graduates and students are welcome
